Dan is a commercial trumpet player with classical training, and a range exceeding double C. He's as versatile as they come: performing jazz, symphonic, R&B or anything else. He teaches a user friendly approach to trumpet that simplifies everything, and maximizes your results. His list of credits include television / radio / concert / theater / and CD production. He has performed or recorded with Gospel artists Marvin Sapp, Israel Houghton, Michael Gungor, Don Moen, Ron Kenoly, Steve Green, and Lucia Parker. Others include: Wayne Newton, The Temptations, Stars of Lawrence Welk, and jazz greats like Randy Brecker, Kenny Wheeler, Blue Lou Marino and the Nashville Jazz Orchestra. Dan has worked with Grammy awarded producers Tom Brooks, and Aaron Lindsay. He is proud of his work with bassist Victor Wooten, and his title track brass production on Lucia Parker's album, which contributed to a Grammy nomination for best Latin Gospel abum. On the album he shared a solo spot with Paul Jackson Jr, guitarist: American Idol Orchestra. Addtionally, his CD recording with Marvin Sapp "Here I Am," reached #2 on the billboard top 200 - the highest ever placement for a gospel album. Christianity Today reviewed "For You I Live" (CD) and claimed, "There hasn't been a worship album quite like this one since Lakewood Church's 2003 effort Cover the Earth." Dan performed on both.
